Future of Work

The future of work is taking shape and it’s time to rise and consciously engage.
Forward-looking companies are aware of this subtle movement and are actively incorporating changes in their work practices. They want to align themselves with the new mindset of their workforces and be part of the transformative wave.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, employees have begun to look past the traditional, stolid workplaces to see that changes to location and patterns can bring meaning and respect to their jobs. More conducive workspaces and fewer working hours begin to align with the innovative 3-day-a-week work model, which will give employees the space to fill their lives with pursuits other than work.

It is a huge change, particularly for upcoming generations, that will give greater choice and freedom to grow in a career path.
We see the movement timeline as follows:
First Stage
2000-2020
Human Empowerment
second stage
2020-2030
Transition Stage
third stage
2030-2050
New Era Infancy
As we go further in this journey

The traditional work mindset was to have a full-time job-for-life, but not too long ago it evolved to a mindset of afull-time progressive-job market in which changing companies was expected. And soon, people will be more enterprising and independent by offering their services to multiple employers. They will be able to apply their expertise to employers across the globe.

Someone who is consciously aware of their caliber and skills will have ample job opportunities available, at any time, because technology will eliminate the uncertainty of finding work and give access to a wider range of jobs. Ideally, employees can choose to work as much or as little as they want, and their job will not become their identity. This will fundamentally shift the way future generations will think about and emotionally relate to work.

Humans will not continue to be driven by conventional values of work. Linear progress up the corporate ladder will be safely in the past. You can choose how much, where, and for how long you work, and it will not affect your employability. The Rat Race will start to fade away as people come closer to their individuality
